TIS is happy to host several healthy opportunities, open to TIS members and the community at-large.The exercise, yoga and dance groups are fun, low impact and offer a “no more excuses” prospect to better health.

Feeling Fit Club

Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., free of charge.

Are you 60+ and want to stay independent? Never exercised? – No problem!
Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and have FUN. All levels are welcome!

Silver Sneakers Yoga with Jackie Gadd

Wednesday, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., free of charge.

Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, increase endurance and feel better overall. Even better, participating in yoga can help you: Burn calories, increase core strength, improve your posture, improve balance.

Silver Sneakers membership is not required.

Caregiver Support Group

Wednesday, 10:00 – 11:15 a.m., free of charge.

Are you caring for a loved one? Meet with people who understand the challenges. Share your experiences, offer and accept advice and encouragement.

Line Dancing for Fun and Health

Wednesday, 2:20 – 4:00 p.m., $5 fee.
