Friday, August 14th, 6:15 p.m.
Join us for one of our favorite summertime traditions! Pray at the Park is a joyful, relaxed, and family-friendly Kabbalat Shabbat experience for all ages.
Gather with friends and family as we welcome Shabbat in the beautiful setting of Lake Murray Community Park. We had a wonderful crowd in July and we look forward to another memorable evening.
Children can enjoy the nearby playground, families can spread out on picnic blankets, and everyone is invited to celebrate Shabbat in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're bringing toddlers, teens, grandparents, or friends, there's something for everyone.
Bring picnic blankets, lawn chairs, and a light jacket or sweater for the evening. Following services, stay for a community Shabbat picnic dinner.
Pack a dairy or pareve picnic dinner for your family, and we'll provide challah, grape juice, and cookies. Come connect, play, pray, and welcome Shabbat together under the summer sky!
Our location:
Lake Murray Community Park is located at 7001 Murray Park Drive, 92119. This is NOT where we gather for Tashlich. Please see the map below.
